Trinity Christian School partners with parents to provide a Christ-centered, biblically based, classical education that nurtures the whole child.
Our vision is to see young men and women become world-changers who think biblically about the world, know who they are in Christ and readily serve where He calls them into His-story.
We strive to have our graduates equipped to be confident servant leaders, who identify in Christ, who are articulate communicators who think biblically and who are willing to engage their culture.
Trinity Christian School is celebrating its 14th-year anniversary. Established in 2003 by a group of Christian parents who were passionate about having their children taught in the classical Christian approach. Starting with 10 students, Trinity’s student body is currently over 290 and growing. Today, Trinity is one of only 346 classical Christian schools across the nation and the only Christian high school in the burgeoning Quad-cities region of Prescott, Prescott Valley, Chino Valley, and Dewey/Humboldt.
Trinity is an independent K-12 Christian school, fully accredited by the Association of Christian Schools, Int’l. (ACSI)
Classical Teaching Model:
Trinity’s instruction is modeled on Classical education, an educational system that has been around for hundreds of years and has produced some of the greatest minds in history. The methodology used is called the Trivium (Latin for “the three ways”) that emphasizes the grammar, logic, and rhetoric phases of learning, teaching children in methods where they can excel. Across all curricula, our emphasis is in teaching students how to think. Beyond subject matter, the classical education experience develops those skills that are essential in higher education and throughout life – independent scholarship, critical thinking, logical analysis, and a love for learning.
Opportunities abound at Trinity through the arts, sports, competitive athletics, leadership and service projects. Our musicians have gained community and national visibility with their talents. Our athletes have proven themselves on the playing fields – modeling Christian conduct and sportsmanship in practice and in competition. Our Trinity “Warriors” have numerous trophies on display for winning league competitions.
Trinity is committed to partner with Christian parents in upholding their family values. At Trinity, high academic standards are coupled with a strong emphasis on the spiritual, including training in a biblical worldview. Faculty and staff are passionate followers of Jesus Christ who participate with the student body in weekly chapel services and missional service projects.
